Ukrainians are informed about the possibility to fill out the Pre-arrival Survey when they receive an approved CUAET visa from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

As part of planning for their arrival, the information contained on this Pre-Arrival Notification Form can be used to inform policy decisions made by members of the National Steering Committee of Operation Ukrainian Safe Haven.

The information will be used to assist Ukrainians prior to and after they arrive in Canada to ensure they are connected to the support that they need.

The completion of this form is strongly encouraged but voluntary. If Ukrainians prefer not to complete this form, it will not impact their ability to access services eligible to them in Canada.
